What we collect

We collect information you provide when booking classes, creating an account, subscribing to updates, or contacting the studio — such as your name, email address, phone number, and booking history.

How we use it

  • To confirm bookings and communicate about classes or studio events
  • To respond to enquiries and provide customer support
  • To improve our services and comply with legal obligations

Membership & package credits

Credits

  • Membership gives you a fixed number of class credits each billing period (e.g. 10 per month).
  • Credits refresh at the start of each billing period.
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next period.

Booking with credits

  • Credits can be used to book eligible classes on our schedule, subject to availability.
  • Some memberships apply to specific class types only; others apply to all classes.
  • A credit is deducted when you confirm a booking with “Use package credit”.

Cancellations

  • Cancel at least 48 hours before the class start time → your credit is restored and the seat is released.
  • Cancel within 48 hours of the class → the credit is used and cannot be restored online. Contact the studio if you have exceptional circumstances.
  • No-show (you do not attend and do not cancel) → the credit is used.

each period automatically

  • Classes paid by card follow our standard refund process. Refund requests are reviewed by the studio.

Subscription

  • Membership is billed each period automatically via Stripe until you cancel.
  • If you cancel, you keep access and remaining credits until the end of the current billing period.

  • For questions about credits, cancellations, or your membership, contact the studio directly.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with payment processors or service providers who help us run the website and studio operations.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us via the email address in the site footer.

Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
