Welcome

By booking a class, workshop, or open studio session, you agree to the terms below. These guidelines help us create a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for everyone working in the studio.

Bookings

Your place is confirmed once payment has been received. As spaces are limited, we recommend booking in advance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours before your session. We will do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.

Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session are non-refundable.

Arriving at the Studio

Please arrive on time so that sessions can begin smoothly.

Studio Etiquette

We ask all participants to treat the studio, tools, and fellow makers with care and respect. Please follow any guidance provided by staff during classes and studio sessions.

For the safety and comfort of everyone, we reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

Finished Work

Ceramics is an unpredictable process, and while every effort is made to handle work carefully, we cannot guarantee against damage, cracking, or breakage during drying, firing, or glazing.
